• Officers must maintain an active club membership in good standing. A person may not hold more than one office at a time.

• The officers shall be elected by ballot at the last meeting of the calendar year by a majority of the vote cast for that office.

• The officers shall serve for one year and their term of office shall begin at the commencement of the calendar year.

• If a vacancy occurs in any office, it shall be filled by a special election to serve for the remainder of the term.

• If an officer is determined to be unfit or un-abiding to the club charter, they may be removed by a 2/3 majority of membership.
